Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website. You should be aware that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or feel unsure about any of the content please contact Customer Service before placing an order.

NOTE: AS MORE FULLY EXPLAINED BELOW, iPrintSol RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THIS SITE IS AND SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY ANY SUCH MODIFICATIONS, ALTERATIONS OR UPDATES.

We have written these T&C’s with the consumer in mind and have tried to make them as easy to understand as possible. To further enhance your understanding of the terms we have listed some words that are widely used throughout the document.

Contract Terminology:

Within these T&C’s we shall use headings to aid your understanding of the document.

Website usage and Communication:

accessing our website means that you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions. Our website is provided to you for your personal use only.
We have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee that the product images you see displayed on your screen are a totally accurate representation of the actual merchandise due among other reasons to the technical difference in monitors or screens you may use.
Your use of this Website constitutes your agreement and consent that iPrintSol may communicate with you electronically for all purposes. This includes all legal and notices requirements. Such electronic communications may take the form of postings to this Website and/or e-mails forwarded to the e-mail address you provide when you register with iPrintSolYou may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communication at any time, but if you withdraw your consent it will only be effective prospectively (not for jobs already ordered or in production). Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be eligible to use this Website to order further products or services from iPrintSol if your account is deactivated, you will remain responsible for payment of print jobs already completed or in production.
As part of our effort to make further improvements to our services we provide to our customer’s telephone calls with and by us may be recorded or monitored. We also may monitor incoming and outgoing emails.
Our employees and agents are not authorized to make any representations concerning the goods unless confirmed first by us to you in writing. When placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have not relied on any such representations which are not confirmed.
All specifications, drawings and particulars of weights, sizes and performance issued by us are approximate only.

Contract with IPrintSol:

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. After receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgment email detailing the products and prices you ordered. If you do not receive such an email within 24hrs of placing your order please contact our Customer Services.
The order acknowledgment email is an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and formation of the contract will only take place once confirmation has been sent. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email when the production of products you have ordered along with a tracking number to track your order. If your order has not been accepted you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will then not receive an e-mail acknowledging your order and there will be no contract between us. If the goods you order are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept these you will not have to pay to return the goods to us.
iPrintSol entire liability to you for any matter shall be limited to the amount actually received by iPrintSol on account of your purchases from iPrintSol

Website Content:

This site contains graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts, software tools, and other information (“Content”). You may not retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of the Content except as expressly allowed in these Terms of Service. iPrintSol reserves the right to add to, delete from or modify any part of Content at any time without prior notice. The image design tools provided on this website employ a limited number of elements, including icons, fonts, color schemes, and design effects. iPrintSol reserves the right to use all such elements and to make all such elements available for use by other parties in the future. You do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual image design elements through your creation of image design and/or your incorporation of an image design into one or more products. Other iPrintSol customers may use the same design tools to create images that have similar or identical combinations of these elements. iPrintSol does not guarantee that your image will not have similarities to images designed and used by other parties. iPrintSol provides no warranty of any kind that image designs created using the design tools will not infringe, or be subject to a claim of infringing, on the trademark, copyright or other rights of another party. It is solely your responsibility to obtain the advice of an attorney regarding whether any image, mark, logo name or design is legally available for your use and does not infringe on another party’s rights.
iPrintSol may establish general practices and limits concerning your use of the Service, including, without limitation, the maximum number of days that iPrintSol shall retain designs or other uploaded Content, the maximum size of any Content, and the maximum storage space that it may allocate to you. iPrintSol is not responsible for the deletion or failure to store any Content. iPrintSol may delete Content stored on the Service which is inactive for an extended period of time, or for any other reason including changes in its business strategy.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by iPrintSol or by a user of our Service, please provide our Intellectual Property Rights Agent with a notification that contains the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other rights that have been allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyright, trademark or other rights that have been allegedly infringed.
Your name, address, telephone number and email address.

Customer Data:

For certain product and service offerings, you may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (collectively, “Customer Content”) to iPrintSol for inclusion in print products. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to iPrintSol you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold iPrintSol and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney’s fees incurred by iPrintSol in defending against such suit, demand or claim.

Uploading Content Requirements:

We strongly recommend that content uploaded to iPrintSol for print fulfillment is:
At a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%). Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted for which iPrintSolDoes not accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion.
Designed in CMYK and uploaded to iPrintSol in CMYK with no embedded color profile. (You may upload in RGB or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted and iPrintSol is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion).

Color Quality

iPrintSol guarantees that its prints will meet CMYK industry standards. We cannot guarantee “match-print” color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer’s computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears your monitor. iPrintSol is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black, or gray tones. Color shifts from a perceived black or gray must be addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black or gray final output. Please note that the application of UV coating may have an effect upon or change the appearance of printed colors. iPrintSol is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV coated product.

Artwork Ownership

Our prepress department reviews all submitted artwork files before printing. You, however, remain responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files. We encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting them to iPrintSol
By submitting the artwork to iPrintSol, you certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. If you do not own the copyright on the art you submit, you certify that you have received permission to use the art from the owner or copyright holder. You certify that submitted artwork does not violate any intellectual property rights held by another individual or corporation. If you submit artwork owned by someone else to iPrintSol, you agree to indemnify and hold iPrintSol harmless from any and all damages and claims resulting from your order.
If you have questions or comments about something we have restricted, please contact support@iprintsol.pk.
You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and according to your instructions.

Printing Error Resolution

iPrintSol does not check any submission for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. The design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is your responsibility to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly.

Standard File Review

Before you approve file for printing, make sure that your design does not have errors prior to print that will result in a bad print product. Our file specialists will review files for the following common errors (but ultimate responsibility to check such errors is yours)

• Full Bleed
• Text and content out of the zone
• Spot UV alignment

Other errors our file specialists will not check for include but are not limited to the following:

• Spelling Errors and typos
• Color out of gamut

Decline File Review

If you decline the file review service, the design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly.

Use of Design Tools

The design tools available on this Website are made available to all users of the Website. In the event you create a design, such as a sign, emblem or logo, you do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual design elements made available through this Website that enabled the creation of the design, and these design elements are and will continue to be the property of iPrintSol (or the licensor if applicable) and will remain freely available to other iPrintSol Customers. Your use of the Site Content provided on this Website and/or the creation of products or materials using such Site Content does not create joint authorship, joint ownership, and works made for hire, or any other interest of any kind, with iPrintSol or regarding such Site Content.
This site may contain links to websites that are owned and/or operated third parties, and that are not under the control of iPrintSol. These links are provided only as a convenience,iPrintSoldoes not evaluate, review, monitor, or endorse the content of such sites and is not responsible in anyway for the information, services, products or other materials available on or offered by such sites, the accuracy of the content on such sites, and /or the privacy, security and safety practices of such sites. You expressly understand and agree that if you access any such sites through a link provided by iPrintSol then you do so at your own risk.

Over/Under Runs

Although we endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, iPrintSol reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an underrun.

Order Approval/ Proofing

iPrintSol has and assumes no obligation to proof or otherwise review the content or layout of your order. Even ifiPrintSol customer service representative has inquired as to the attributes of one of your prior orders, you are not entitled nor should you assume that iPrintSol will review any other order you place. Orders are printed in their “as submitted” form and the customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout verification and approval prior to submission to the print process. iPrintSol DOES NOT make any changes on customer files without notification via email of changes that may be made to ensure that files are properly formatted for print. All such changes will result in new proofs being provided for your approval. Once you submit an order to the print process you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the document layout and content and you accept responsibility for any errors therein. iPrintSol will assume that you have verified the spelling, grammar, content and layout, etc. are all correct and it will not accept any liability for errors such as misspelling, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, transparency, overprint, improper layout, bleeding, erroneous cut or fold lines, die lines or crop marks, sizing, etc.
iPrintSol does provide physical proofs of any order upon special request. Electronic proofs are provided to our customers as part of the order process. Once your files are uploaded to our site, you will automatically be presented with the preflight proof. It is your responsibility to verify the proof against the original (and to correct any spelling or grammatical errors, etc), accept, reject or make any changes suggested to your artwork.
Your job will not be processed or deemed production ready until you have approved the proof. To review electronic proofs you must login to your account and click on “Pending Proofs”. Please review the proofs carefully (including content, phone, email, spelling, etc). If approved, we will assume your files are print ready and no further changes will be made. If proof is rejected, you will be notified to upload new files.

Product Errors:

iPrintSol is not responsible for any of the following errors in a final product:
Spelling, grammar, or punctuation, incorrect graphics or design elements, low-resolution images or photographs, color transparency issues, damaged fonts, overprints (printing one color on top of another or “trapping”)
iPrintSol is also not responsible for improper file setup, such as:
Bleeds, crop marks, finished product size, die lines, folds/scores/perforations, page alignment, page orientation
iPrintSol does not make any changes to designing elements in the digital print file without prior customer approval.

Pricing policy

All prices shown on the website are in PKR. Where applicable, the price may change from time to time. In case we use a special sale offer price please note that this might be a limited period offer. The price of goods remains the same regardless of the country of delivery.
We take great care in providing you with the right product information and prices. In the unlikely case that an error in pricing appears in goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. However, we shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that was shown at an incorrect price. In such a case we will contact you by email.

Promotion and Offers Policy :

From time to time iPrintSol may offer promotions and special offers identified by a Coupon Code. Each Coupon Code will have different requirements and rewards. Typically, you will receive a Coupon or an email that contains the Coupon Code. If you receive a Coupon or email that contains a Coupon Code, please read it carefully — all requirements stated in the Coupon or email must be met in order to receive or take advantage of the promotion or special offer. Unless otherwise stated all Coupon Codes are limited to one-time use and are limited to current iPrintSol account holders in good standing.

Promotion and Offers Policy:

To take advantage of a promotion or special offer, enter the Coupon Code in the applicable field when placing an order. Not all products are eligible for promotions and special offers. If a Coupon Code does not function when entered, it means the product at issue does not qualify for the promotion or special offer; this determination is final.
A Coupon Code may not be combined with any other promotion, special offer, discount or reward offered by iPrintSol If you enter a Coupon Code or take advantage of a promotion, special offer, discount or reward, you will not be able to enter another Coupon Code or take advantage of any other promotion, special offer, discount or reward.
Coupon Codes only apply to products ordered through iPrintSol website; they may not be used in conjunction with the purchase of products sold by or under the brands of third parties (including, iPrintSol affiliates and/or websites linked to any existing iPrintSol website).
Coupon Codes cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling or other charges. If the promotion or special offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and handling and other charges do not apply towards the minimum purchase amount.
If a promotion or special offer is for a defined amount (e.g. PKR100.00 off) and applies to a multiple- item order (e.g., multiple sets of business cards), it will be allocated to each eligible item based on the proportion of the item’s value to the total value of all eligible items, excluding shipping and handling, taxes and other charges. Certain items may not be eligible for the promotion and will not be included in the calculation.
Promotions and special offers are only valid for a limited time. They will expire on the date or within the timeframe specified in the offer. If no date or timeframe is specified, a promotion or special offer is valid until the end of the month in which the Coupon Code is first eligible for use.
Coupon Codes (and the Coupons or emails that contain them) are not for resale, have no independent cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or deleted.
Coupon Codes will not be retroactively applied against orders already placed with iPrintSol
If a Coupon Code is used and the entire order is canceled or rejected, or if you return all items in the order then, subject to the terms of our Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy, you will be refunded only the actual amount paid. The coupon code will no longer be valid.
If only part of your order is canceled or rejected, or if you return only some of the items in your order, then subject to the terms of our Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy, the relevant discount or promotion will be applied to the item(s) that are kept. The foregoing notwithstanding, under no circumstances will a promotion or special offer of any kind be applied to create a credit balance. If the balance of a partially canceled, rejected or returned order is less than the value of the promotion or special offer, the promotion or special offer will be applied to the outstanding balance (not including shipping and handling, taxes and other charges). The balance of the promotion or special offer is void, and the Coupon Code will no longer be valid.
iPrintSol reserves the right to discontinue a promotion or special offer or coupon at any time and with immediate effect.

Payment Methods:

iPrintSol also accepts mobile banking like Easy paisa, Mobi cash and upaisa as an acceptable form of payment.
All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validity checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Payments made by credit card will only be debited from the user’s account after the goods have been approved for production. Estimated payment dates will be displayed on the user account.

Order Placing:

We have tried to make shopping with us as easy as possible, e.g. you can filter by type of product. If you would like to place an order, please first register as a customer with us. You will then be given a unique personal log-in name and password combination by email. Your personal details will be stored behind your log-in name and password and can only be accessed and changed by you. As soon as you have a log-in name and a password, you can place an order. You could select your products before you register, but before you can check out you will need to go through the registration process.
After you have registered, if you wish to place an order, select the goods and choose the color and size you want, and press “Add to shopping cart” button. When you have finished shopping, click on the “Check-out” button. This starts the payment process. Check your details carefully and enter the address you want your order delivered to.
Once you have placed an order, it will then be confirmed by email. Please check your order and the confirmation thoroughly. It is important that you give a correct and personal email address when you register in order to avoid errors. Please make sure that your SPAM filter does not cause you not getting our messages.
When placing an order you have agreed that these Terms and Conditions apply to such order.

Delivery

When your order has been shipped we will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. This will include a tracking number of your parcel in order to track its progress.
We send the goods that you have ordered through Local courier service providers. The place of delivery is deemed to be the shipping/delivery address that you provide in your order
We aim to process your order within 24 hours. Delivery times to given addresses is dependent on the product. This will be displayed on the product page.
If you are not at home during the day that will not be a problem: we will deliver your order wherever you want. In this case, it is important that you give the right address when placing the order. Please note it’s not possible to have your order delivered to a P.O. Box.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carrier.

Printing Turnaround Time

Printing turnaround time begins when you approve your proof. iPrintSol is not responsible for any delay caused by your failure or delay in approving a proof.
Turnaround time always begins at the first occurrence after your proof approval. Please note that iPrintSol production units are closed on Sundays and Holidays. These days are not considered when calculating turnaround time.
We fulfill our turnaround guarantee obligations when we place your order in the hands of a common carrier. We do not guarantee turnaround times of courier companies. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by a common carrier.
If we fail to meet a guaranteed deadline, you will receive a pro-rated refund of any rush charges or a free upgrade of delivery service to meet your required delivery date. Cancellation of an order based on printing turnaround time is only allowed if you indicate that the order must be shipped by the selected turnaround time in the order notes.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

When choosing a shipping option, please remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays, or the day the package is picked up. For example, a product dispatched “2nd Day” and picked up on a Thursday would be delivered by end of day Monday.
Delivery transit times vary between carriers, and iPrintSol assumes no responsibility for delays caused by common carriers. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, weather, etc.
iPrintSol’s responsibility is limited to preparing your printing order and submitting it to the carrier for Delivery. iPrintSol is not liable for damages that occur in During Delivery process.
All risk of loss for damage or delay to your order passes from iPrintSol when we deliver your order to a common carrier.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods please contact us to discuss the matter further.
If the goods are found to be faulty within a reasonable time after delivery, you may reject them and claim replacement. If the fault is found later on, or if you delay in making a complaint, you will still be entitled to file your complaint for us to go through and find a possible solution to it.

No claim for faulty goods can be made if any of the following applies: damage caused deliberately or negligence, improper use or careless maintenance, normal wear and tear, damage caused by not heeding, or incorrectly heeding the user/washing instructions.

Cancellation and Return Policy

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or miss-described.
All of our products come personalized to our customers’ specification. As a result of which we are unable to accept returns.

Refund Policy

A full or partial refund may be extended to you in certain circumstances where no production work on your order has been completed by iprintsol.pk. Such a refund would be adjusted to cover any fees charged for design proofs or other services associated with that order. iprintsol.pk is not responsible for damages or delays caused by shipping carriers. The cost of postage for mailing projects cannot be refunded. Please see the shipping section below.
Full refunds usually are not possible once iprintsol.pk begins production on your order. Production will only begin after payment has been made, artwork files uploaded, and job proofs approved. Artwork uploaded after the proof has been approved may not be honored.
If you find a defect in your job that is the responsibility of iprintsol.pk, we will re-run the order at no additional cost to you. To receive the replacement, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the delivered order and provide verification of the problem. Replacements requested more than 72 hours after delivery may or may not be honored depending on the circumstances.
Upon verification of the defect, we will determine the course of action. We may ask you to send the defective job back to us at your expense.
A print order or job can be canceled at any time prior to it being assigned a Job Status. If you cancel an order prior to it being assigned a Job StatusiPrintSol Customer Service representative will inform you of any cancellation charges incurred. (Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited back to your account). A print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has a Job Status or any process thereafter. No refunds are issued for Logo and Graphic design services.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iPrintSol account and password and for restricting unauthorized access to your computer and account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use iPrintSol only with involvement of a parent or guardian. iPrintSol reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion. If you fail to adequately secure your iPrintSol account and a third party uses your account to cause damage to iPrintSol or someone else, you agree to indemnify iPrintSol and hold iPrintSol harmless from all damages that result from the security breach.

Email

We encourage you to share your comments and questions with us, but we may not be able to respond to all of them. Please note that we assume no responsibility for reviewing unsolicited ideas for our business (like a product or advertising ideas), and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities between those ideas and materials that may appear in future iPrintSol programs. Also, please remember that you are responsible for whatever material you submit and that you, not iPrintSol have full responsibility for any message that you send, including its reliability, originality and copyright. Please do not reveal trade secrets or other confidential information in your messages. Any, and all, rights to materials and ideas submitted to us become the exclusive property of iPrintSol

Complaints Procedure

We do our utmost to provide you with the best information, products and services possible. In the case you do have a complaint or other comment to make please contact us by filling our complaint form or by telephone, email or post at the earliest possibility, clearly explaining the feedback you have. We will reply within 24hrs.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

The short version – you will love our work, or we will make it right. If for any reason we can’t make it right, we solely own responsibility to reproduce your required item to make it right.
We want you to feel comfortable doing business with us. Give us a call with any questions, comments, or problems that you may have and you’ll be able to talk with a live person.
If you find a defect in your job which is the responsibility of iprintsol.pk we will re-run the order at no additional cost to you. To receive the replacement, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide verification of the problem. Oftentimes a simple photo of the issue is adequate for our needs, but in some cases, you may be asked to return the entire defective order at your expense. Upon verification of the defect, we will re-run the order with expedited turnaround time and expedited shipping.
We are not responsible for delays or defects that are outside of our control. If a shipping or other delay is caused by your failure to timely approve a proof or order and your satisfaction requires expedited shipping, we will regard that as a material change in the order and we reserve the right to charge you for the expedited shipping.

Intellectual Property

Copyright Ownership. This Website, the Website layout and design, and all Website page themes and skins are the property of iPrintSol and are protected by Pakistan and international copyright laws. All content of the Website, including without limitation, HTML text, graphics, other files, code, software layout, designs, forms, templates, artwork, photographs, images, document layouts, text, fonts, music, software tools, and other information, either alone and/or a compilation thereof (collectively, the ‘Site Content”), constitutes the copyrighted property of iPrintSol or of those parties from whom iPrintSol  has licensed such property, and is protected by Pak and international other laws. iPrintSol reserves all rights in and to this Website and the Site Content worldwide. Your use of this Website and/or any Site Content does not convey to you or any other person an interest of any kind to the Site Content. iPrintSol reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of the Site Content at any time without prior notice.
Trademarks. “iPrintSol,” and their respective designs and/or logos, are either trademarks or registered trademarks of iPrintSol and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of iPrintSol In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts are trademarks and/or trade dress of iPrintSol, and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of iPrintSol All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned on the Website are the property of their respective owners.
Restrictions on Use.
